Delivering a Coach Training Experience

The Business Management Office (BMO) of the Ministry of Health engaged Berlineaton – certified management consultants and accredited executive coaches – to introduce their team to the concept of a coaching culture through a customized coach training experience.

A Profound Experience

We created a customized coach training experience for the BMO team designed to help participants understand:

  • What coaching is, and why coaching skills are essential for today’s workforce
  • How to know when to have a coaching conversation (and when not to)
  • Ways to frame powerful questions and evoke learning
  • Guidelines for deepening listening skills
  • How to provide timely, responsive, and effective feedback.

Practical Solutions

Berlineaton delivered coach training to 20 participants, using three streams of learning: Traditional Workshop learning, Applied Learning through practice session, and Sustained Learning through the completion of individualized Coaching Plans.

Bolder Futures

Many team members specifically noted that this coach training experience helped them to connect with their team members,  recognize the power of coaching, and learn a valuable new leadership skill.

Are you looking to set a new, bold direction, equip your teams and leaders with new skills, or make your organization stronger?

  • I truly appreciated the hands-on nature of this experience, especially the coaching practice sessions that allowed me to practice the powerful questions and active listening, and get immediate feedback from the Berlineaton Executive Coaches. It was clear that they understood the material well enough to not only do it, but explain and train us on it.
