Philosophy
We believe that change management is at the heart of successful project management. Why? Because most projects we manage involve the implementation of something new or improved and involve people doing something differently. For projects we manage, we pay as much attention to the change management aspects of the project as we do to the traditional project management elements such as planning and goal setting, defining accountabilities, scheduling, measuring progress, achieving results, and course correcting as required.

Our Approach
Our approach to project management begins with a well defined project charter, high levels of ownership, clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, and clearly defined goals and objectives. It includes frequent progress reporting and ends with celebrating the project’s success. We build the project charters collaboratively with the key individuals responsible for the successful completion of the project. Drawing on the tools of change management and throughout the project, from inception to successful completion, we use a collaborative and consultative approach.
