Philosophy

Organization effectiveness relies on strengths in three key areas: direction, people, and process. The root cause of most organization performance problems point to issues in one or more of these three areas. We believe that the best way to understand and develop recommendations to an organization’s challenges begins with listening to our clients.

Our Approach
Our diagnostic process includes qualitative and quantitative tools such as on-site interviews with staff, online surveys, and data analysis to assess a situation and develop recommendations. We document our findings in a report with recommendations and solutions in the form of tools, approaches, and actions that can be implemented to address the identified issues and opportunities. Because of our expertise in organization improvement, diagnostics are often a launching point for a more comprehensive project, aimed at successfully implementing the diagnostic recommendations.
