Philosophy

Facilitation is defined as a voluntary, informal and flexible process directed by a neutral party to coordinate or improve communication amongst parties. Facilitation can be used to coordinate and document agreements and plans amongst various parties. If a dispute arises, the facilitator often becomes a mediator.

Throughout all of our work we often play a facilitator role and are highly skilled in the design, development and delivery of facilitated sessions.

Our Approach
As facilitators we help our clients achieve workshop goals by effectively designing, delivering, and debriefing facilitated sessions for a wide range of decision making and problem solving scenarios. In facilitating a session, we adhere to a three-phase process as follows:

Phase 1: Design and Preparation
Phase 2: Delivery
Phase 3: Follow-up
