"People want change, they don’t want to be changed."
Peter Senge
Our Change Leadership methodology is one of the core services we offer to help improve organizational effectiveness focusing on DIRECTION, PROCESS & PEOPLE.

The Pace of Change
The nature of change has itself changed in the recent past. Changes are happening faster, with less warning and wider impacts than ever before. As a result, change is becoming too difficult to ‘manage’ like any well-planned, sequential project. More than ever before, the ability to successfully navigate through change requires high quality leadership – the ability to articulate a vision for the future and inspire people to get there in one piece. |
Leading Change
We believe that leaders at all levels, not just senior managers, need to be involved in leading change, and that effective change blends business with people needs. We apply a practical approach to grounded theory in our Change Management projects using collaborative, team-based methodologies to identify opportunities to improve, plan the change, and implement it successfully in your organization.
Our Approach
Our approach draws heavily on the work of leading experts in change management and leadership, and in particular John Philip Kotter’s Eight Steps to Managing Change as follows:
- Establish a Sense of Urgency
- Form a Powerful Guiding Coalition
- Create a Vision
- Communicate the Vision
- Empower Others to Act on the Vision
- Plan and Create Short-Term Wins
- Consolidate improvements and Produce Still More Change
- Institutionalize New Approaches
|
We also subscribe to Anderson and Ackerman Anderson ’s The Change Leader’s Roadmap and integrate this practical approach with Kotter’s more theoretical approach.
