Strategic Management
St Michaels University School (SMUS) is a well known and highly regarded private school located in Victoria, BC. Berlin, Eaton & Associates Ltd. worked with SMUS staff and stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic management plan that recognized and reinforced past successes while confirming and addressing their future development goals. This strategy was realized through implementing a thorough tactical plan.
