Organizational Effectiveness
The Ministry of Forests (MoF) is charged with the stewardship of all public forest lands in BC. Since 1997, Berlin, Eaton & Associates Ltd. has worked closely with the ministry to deliver their Continuous Improvement Initiative; a multi-year province-wide project with the goal of improving overall organizational effectiveness. During this initiative we worked with MoF staff, as well as key ministry clients and stakeholders, across the province to strengthen key operational processes while improving organizational resilience in the face of some of the most significant changes ever faced by the ministry. To date, over 1,000 ministry staff and stakeholders have been involved in the CI Initiative.
