The Royal BC Museum (RBCM) is a world class cultural institution located in Victoria BC, whose mandate is to preserve and educate people about the human and natural history of British Columbia. To fulfill this mandate, the museum is required to: maintain and disseminate the knowledge that resides in their collection; be a significant tourist attraction; and be a place of discovery, scientific study and education. In support of the RBCM’s mandate, Berlin Eaton worked with museum executives to develop and implement a corporate annual business planning process.
