Ray Mordan, CEC
Ray Mordan is a Certified Executive Coach and is the founder and President of Candora Coaching Group Ltd. In addition to his Royal Roads University training and certification, Ray has over 25 years of diverse business experience, primarily as a management and leadership specialist in the financial services industry. He was consistently recognized as an innovative and results-oriented leader with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

During his successful banking career with BMO Financial Group, Ray enjoyed significant success in various senior leadership roles including administration, business and development, retail and commercial portfolio management, and client sales management.

Ray brings retail banking experience in leading a large financial management sales team in a competitive urban marketplace. He has been responsible for large work groups in multi-branch operations in both rural and urban environments with up to 24 direct employees and a total responsibility for over 160. Ray successfully led a productive and proactive sales force, consistently achieving or exceeding established targets. He practiced one-on-one coaching of sales techniques and client relationship building and established and monitored customer service strategies and initiatives.

One of Ray's highly developed skills is the planning, communicating, and implementing of organizational change. He has reported directly to a divisional executive with responsibility for all operational issues with specific areas of human resources expertise including hiring, training, staffing, and employee relations.
